a logical extension of the Luxembourg-based firm’s global operations. Over the
past five years, Astanor has invested more than EUR 370 million in agri-tech
startups that are making impactful moves to boost the world’s nutritional
supply. Its investments include the French insect farming pioneer Ynsect,
California-based company Apeel, and German vertical vegetable farmer InFarm.
In addition
to investing in agri-tech, Astanor is an active participant in the industry by
promoting its products and services to tech buyers. This includes a partnership
with the Swette Center for Sustainable Food Systems at Arizona State
University.
